Rehman (the owner) came with his team to inspect and determine the problem with the malfunctioning aircon unit in my condo apartment. After inspection and discussion about the various alternatives possible, we decided to install a new aircon unit that would have more ready accessible spare sparts. Within 3 hours, Rehman was able to complete the order for the specific model from his supplier and have it installed and running properly. Very dedicated and efficient service, given how close it was to Chinese New Year and the large amount of orders that were probably being processed during this time. The service and installation fee was very reasonable as well in comparison to other contractors that I have worked with in the past.

Initially planning on servicing and repairing one leaking aircond but after seeing the guy's service end up adding 2 more airconds for servicing, bringing to 3 units instead. The service is good, all the 3 units are clean and no more smell upon power on. Dark colored residue can be seen flowing down into the pail during cleaning. The units are so cold now that I had to increase the aircond temperature. Friendly services. Highly recommended.
